In today’s rapidly evolving world, Innovation, creativity and passion now play a vital role in shaping meaningful professions. I strongly believe that education should go beyond textbooks and help learners think critically, solve real-world problems and work confidently with technology. I guide students to explore STEM concepts through practical activities, experiments and projects.

The ATL platform has given me the perfect opportunity to bring this passion to life. As an ATL In-charge, I mentor students to explore science and technology through hands-on activities, critical thinking and problem-solving. The lab environment allows students to experiment, innovate and learn beyond the boundaries of textbooks.

Guiding young minds to turn ideas into models, fostering teamwork and nurturing curiosity has been a deeply rewarding experience. Every successful project and every spark of excitement in a student’s eyes reinforces my belief in innovation-based learning.

Working in ATL has not only strengthened my professional skills but has also fulfilled my purpose as an educator. It is where my passion meets my profession, enabling me to contribute meaningfully to shaping confident, creative and future-ready learners.
