Smt. Rukmani Lakshmanan Vivekananda Institute of Skill Development
The Smt. Rukmani Lakshmanan Vivekananda Institute of Skill Development functions under the aegis of the Vivekananda Educational Trust, with the vision of empowering youth through employable skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ethical values.
Inspired by Swami Vivekananda’s ideal that “Education is the manifestation of perfection already in man,” the Institute seeks to bridge the gap between education and employability. It offers structured skill-based, vocational, and capacity-building programmes that prepare students and community members to become self-reliant, competent, and socially responsible citizens.
